James founded BEBRAND in 2001 and leads client projects as a strategic or creative director providing the insight to create distinguished and valuable brands.
Aside from running BEBRAND, James founded Spirit of Squash in 2009, a not-for-profit that provides sporting and educational opportunities to disadvantaged children across London. James has been Chairman of The Squash Committee at the Royal Automobile Club (2004 – 2014) which oversees the largest squash community in the UK; and was a member of The House Committee at the Royal Automobile Club (2005 – 2010) which runs the prestigious clubhouse in central London with its bars, restaurants, private dining and function rooms, bedrooms and sports facilities.
James was trained as a product designer and spent his early years working for The Reuters Usability Group and for Motorola. He then led the product development group at Helium 3, fusing internet technology with industrial design. He co-founded internet company designSpirit in 1999 which developed the BBC's Beyond 2000 Millennium Project.
Hamilton is a multidisciplinary designer in the truest sense. He trained as a product designer, quickly became absorbed in the possibilities of the internet and interactive media, and has been a key member of our web development team for many years. Hamilton brings together an understanding of design, technology and brands which makes him a thoroughly useful chap.
An inventor at heart, Hamilton is also a director of NPD Toys, a family business that conceives and designs games for many of the world's biggest toy companies.
Jamie is a multidisciplinary designer with a background spanning graphic design, public art and urban regeneration. He founded Leeds-based Fettle Design, working with a range of companies from local Yorkshire businesses to multinationals. No matter the size of client, Jamie ensures a clear concept or message shines through the design.
Alongside his brand identity work, Jamie's experience includes design for print, screen and the built environment. He's a core part of our Yorkshire team as we set out to work with some of the North's many thriving brands.
A true hybrid designer, Josh bridges the gap between digital design and production. He has over 10 years experience designing for some of the world's most colourful brands including Nickelodeon, Universal Music and Channel 4. Josh is also responsible for aiding the success of a number of multi-million-dollar online start-ups offering technical advice alongside his designs.
Handcrafting his design work in code, Josh has a deep understanding of both the psychology and the mechanics of online commerce. Often in high demand and a recent father, there's no sign of the pace slowing anytime soon.
She’s smiley, funny and approachable… born beneath ‘dreaming spires’, Tina loves zumba, piano, books and swimming, her career has travelled since college to some stunning cities and has found her supporting the key people in a high street bank and the Universities of Oxford and Durham. In York she spent a few years raising and organising a beautiful family and volunteering, before being enticed back into the administrative workplace via the foodie kingdom and now the creative delights of the design world.
